Announced at GamesCon today, Mass Effect 2 is going to be released on PS3 this January. No word on if Mass Effect 1 will be ported which means PS3 owners will not be able to play the altered scenarios that happen due to decisions made in ME1. On the plus side, the PS3 version will be coming with “extra content”, which is likely code for DLC content packs like firewalker.
