youdontknowjack 300x235 Jellyvision Suing AFLAC Over New Marketing CampaignJellyvision, the people behind the hilarious quiz game series You Don’t Know Jack, haven’t made jack in years. Apparently, that’s because they’re too busy watching for trademark infringement. They’ve now gone Jack Attack on AFLAC for creating a marketing campaign called “You Don’t Know Quack.”

According to Joystiq, Jellyvision has filed an injunction to prevent AFLAC from trademarking their play on words and suing them for monetary damages. The phrase “You Don’t Know Jack” has existed long before Jellyvision made their first game, but if they had made a game since 2003, I would be more willing to side with them. This just seems like a ploy for them to get some money for nothing, which I’m having a hard time accepting. Of course, they can always improve my opinion of the situation by making a PSN/XBLA game in the near future.
