Halo: Reach was added to Xbox LIve Marketplace a few days ago for Press to download and play using special codes. Modders from Game-tut.com have tricked the Microsoft servers and have gained access to the game. Story Spoilers are already showing up on Bungie’s message boards so if the exploit is not real then we have reviewers spoiling it for everyone. So if you would like a surprise when the game releases next month you may want to avoid the message boards for awhile.
While Bungie is silent on the matter Microsoft released this statement: “We are aware of claims being made regarding a security exploit related to Halo: Reach and are aggressively investigating the matter. We have no further details to share at this time.”
