Update:  (10-Feb-12)  SONY has confirmed the existence of LittleBigPlanet Karting with a post on their twitter feed.

Did you love the fun racing style of ModNation and the tiny, fun , and adorable Sackboy? Well now you can get both with the new LittleBigPlanet cart racing game announced at a Destination PlayStation event according to a tweet by the video game retailer, FutureShop.

The game is said to include a Move compatible wheel and it is also going to be 3D capable. The tweet (which has since been removed) said:

@FS_Gamer at #Playstation Destination Little Big Planet Cart racing announced for ps3. Move compatible wheel and 3D capable!

Even BioShock creator, Ken Levine tweeted about the little Sackboys’ appearance at the event.

Now, a day after the announcement, a picture of a “LittleBigPlanet Karting” ad was tweeted by @leklack (which was originally posted by fs_gamer but also later taken down).
