I believe the DMCA exemption for iPhone “jailbreaking” should apply equally to game systems such as the Nintendo DS.

I could not even recommend this to get story line since it added nothing. If you have the collectors edition and this is free go ahead and play for 30 minutes if your bored. Everyone else should save their money.
